Justice Yet to Come

The court verdict for Chow Tsz-lok, who was ruled "death by undetermined cause," was born on August 13, 1997. August 13 would have been Chow Tsz-lok's 26th birthday. Approximately four years ago, on November 8, 2019, he suffered severe injuries during clashes between protesters and the Hong Kong Police Force at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and died the following day.
